The issue for the stand-alone FrameAverager plugin is not resolved. The issue with Pol-Acquisition's use of FrameAverager is resolved based on its AcquisitionEngine swapping routine. Issue 0000048, 0000049.

Temporary Fix: Micro-Manager's Live view should not be running when using FrameAverager plugin for Acquisition.

Fixed with 1.04b which now supports acquisition for all 3 modes (Snap, Live, Multi-D)
